Orders

Any questions about use, materials or sizes please contact Tina Gjersen-Sav at tina@gjersen-sav.dk. Only emails in Danish or English will be replied to.

All agreements are concluded in Danish or English. After placing your order you will receive an an order confirmation by email with all your order details.

Prices

All prices are in DKK and include VAT. I reserve the right to change my prices with immediate effect and without prior notice. The prices are daily prices and can be changed without notice.

Regarding items that are made to order, I reserve the right to deduct some expenses in case of exchange or return.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted on the website:

  • Dankort, Visa/Dankort
  • Mobilepay
  • MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express

When you place an order, the total amount due will be reserved on your account but will not be deducted from your account until your order has been shipped. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.

www.gjersen-sav.dk encrypts all of your payment card data.

Refund of the purchase amount

You are entitled to a replacement, a new item, a refund or a reduction in price. Exchanges are not accepted for items deemed defective due to wear and tear, accidents or incorrect use.

I will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which I received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement. (However, extra delivery costs do not apply in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that I offer)

I will return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

I can withhold payment until I have received the item unless you send proof of having returned it.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent as cash-on-delivery. The package must be sent directly to Guldsmed Tina Gjersen-Sav. Packages sent to delivery points will not be picked up. I recommend you insure the shipment so that you may claim compensation from the shipping provider if your package is lost in transit.

Claims

I reserve the right to reject an order with incorrect personal data.

All image material and text may only be used for internal use and may not be reproduced or duplicated according to applicable Danish copyright law.

Complaints

If as a consumer you wish to lodge a complaint about your purchase, please submit your complaint in writing to tina@gjersen-sav.dk. If we are unable to achieve a suitable resolution, you have the right to submit your complaint to:

TERMS OF DELIVERY, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN

Delivery

All jewellery at Guldsmed Tina Gjersen-Sav is made by hand and can therefore vary slightly from product photos.

Delivery within the EU is free of charge. All items are delivered in a box with a logo.

As all jewellery at Guldsmed Tina Gjersen-Sav it is unique and produced in our workshop in Svendborg, delivery times of up to 4 weeks may occur. However, I will do my best to send your jewellery within 10-14 days. If you need to use the jewellery before that time, you are welcome to call +45 20 28 38 09 or write to tina@gjersen-sav.dk

Multiple shipments per order may occur, but at no additional cost to the customer. If the item is delayed, you will be notified by email if you have provided your email address. .

I use Post Nord (track and trace) or FedEx for shipping based on their delivery speed and credibility. Shipping outside the EU is only possible by special agreement.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email requiring your approval before shipping. Once your order has been confirmed and your order shipped, you will receive an -mail with a tracking number.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you always have 14-days right of withdrawal when you shop at https://gjersen-sav.dk/. You lose your right of withdrawal if you want engraving on the item.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your jewellery.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to inform me that you want to withdraw your purchase. You can send an email to https://gjersen-sav.dk/

It is not possible to cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying me at the same time.

Returns

You must return your order to me without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying me that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Please notify Tina Gjersen-Sav via e-mail via email before returning the item.

Please note that the return shipment is at your expense and is your responsibility and that it must be sent as a track and trace.

Lack of original packaging could result in damage to the item. To ensure a full refund, please return the item in its original packaging.

Goods exempt from the right of withdrawal:
Goods which have been manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or which have been given a clear personal touch, e.g. with engraving or resizing are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item when you return it:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. If the item has been worn beyond that described above, it is considered used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you may receive a partial or potentially no refund, depending on the item’s commercial value.

Right of Complaint

The regulations regarding defects as set out in the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.

When you make a purchase from , you have a right to make a complaint within 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, entitled to have the item repaired or exchanged, a full refund or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must submit your complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the issue. If you submit a complaint within two months after the issue is discovered, the complaint is considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, I will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be shipped in proper packaging. Remember to obtain a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.

I send an email when a customer regrets or complains. If you have sent in an item for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an e-mail when I have received the item. In the e-mail, you will receive information about the further process in connection with the processing of your regret/complaint.

Risk in connection with Shipping

Guldsmed Tina Gjersen-Sav bears the risk during shipment to the customer and shall replace the item if it is damaged, stolen or similar during shipment.

If the address information is incomplete or incorrect (e.g. part of the name, street number or floor is missing) or if the package has not been picked up at the post office before the expiration date and therefore must be resent, the customer must pay the shipping costs.
