The nocturnal swarms are dependent on the dark in order to navigate, reproduce and feed. Their life cycle is disrupted by urban electric lights.
Habitat:
The fire mill is caught in the light and the heat has created flames in its wings. It has lost its orientation and has landed in the center of the eye of the sun, where the surroundings are burnt and charred.
Materials:
copper frame, brass and charred wood.
